Each individual may hold only one (1) active skyph account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, GCash accounts, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
skyph is required by its PAGCOR licensing obligations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, UMID, or driver's license) and may include proof of address and source of funds documentation for larger transactions. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your skyph login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the skyph platform shall first be submitted to skyph's customer support team for internal resolution. If the matter is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the dispute to PAGCOR's Player Assistance Program, which provides regulatory oversight of licensed operators in the Philippines. The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that proceeds to formal legal proceedings.
